Beautiful trocar, turned ebony handle, thick silver cannula, (10g)
very good condition, in a solid boxwood case turned for its shape, which screws on which was to keep this instrument in good condition during the incessant travels of field physicians early 19th century.
No hallmark, no mark on cannula.
The case is a little twisted, with a slight crack, visible on photo
