Suite Of Six Chairs, Venice Mid 18th Century.

These six elegant Italian chairs from the Barocchetto period1720-1770 period are made of natural wood. The backrest, with its sinuous verticalwith sinuous forms, is molded and edged with a small cord.the upper part is carved with curves and counter-curvesand counter-curves, stylized flowers and leaves, and motifsreminiscent of the French Regency period. The seat isupholstered, the seat belt is scalloped and highlightedwhich ends in a small scroll on the first third of the foot.on the first third of the foot, the tip of which is shaped like aof an animal hoof, with a few hairs falling on it. Inthese chairs have been recently upholstered, and if the petit pointthe petit point tapestry that covers them is in need of replacement.the upholstery is in perfect condition and should be preserved.
