This is a new watercolor by Louis Neillot, who painted the Seine at Trévoux in 1933; as usual, in a fauve style, with a slightly choppy, well-spurred brushstroke in a rich, subtle palette.
Louis Neillot was a French painter, born in Vichy (Allier) on February 11 1898 and died in Kremlin-Bicêtre on December 24, 1973. He belonged to the
