Pair Of 18th-century Bronze Sconces With Crowned C
Pair of 18th-century Louis XIV-style ormolu sconces marked with a crowned C. The plate is decorated with valet profiles and quivers topped by a Regency shell. The S-shaped light arms are elaborately carved. The cups and binnacles are original and have not been drilled for electrification. The crowned C mark indicates a date between 1745 and 1749.
