This beautiful, perfectly preserved pastel, executed by Ba.....? and dated 1741, is well framed in a late 18th-century gilded wood cornice, and is wonderfully fresh on its original frame with reinforced corners. This pretty noblewoman is posing, her beautiful candid face observing us. She looks great in her pretty clothes, she would be worthy of being presented to the King is so beautiful! she exudes freshness...
