Lamp In Crackled Ivory-gilt Earthenware, Att. To Le Dauphin 80-90s
Sold without shade.
Ivory crackled earthenware lamp probably by Le Dauphin, very similar to the "Panama Champagne" model from this brand's "Dynasty" range but much rarer. Vintage 1980-1990. Elegant, slender baluster body, enhanced by three golden rings in crackled enamel, a high-end finish reminiscent of Mithé Espelt's work, characteristic of the brand's "Dynasty" line. This quality of enamel gilding could be the result of more meticulous workshop work or a limited series. No signature and label, alas, missing.
About 40cm total height with socket for 30cm height for the foot alone, good overall condition with a discreet enamel skip on the top, traces of old label on the plastic socket, thread approx. 1m20. Approx. 1kg. Functional.
