Presented in a generous gilded wooden frame with a wide carved cornice, this charming and jovial notable has all the delicacy of his kindness through his round face with rosy cheekbones and soothing gaze. His curly light brown hair beckons you in his handsome suit and bow tie. He poses with his right hand on his vest, and his frank gaze calls out to us. It is also a great portrait executed around 1840 overseas and is in good condition in its original frame.
