Napoleon III 18K gold sewing set in a tuya burl and mother-of-pearl inlaid box.
It contains a pair of scissors, a needle case, an embroidery punch, a thimble and a passe-lacet needle.
All items are stamped "eagle head".
They are in superb condition.
The inner silk of the box has been changed (by real silk).
The box measures 12.3 cm in length.
It is in very good condition. Very nice marquetry with no missing parts.
