Beautiful bronze sculpture with shaded brown patina depicting a faun holding cymbals in his hands, his right foot resting on a scabellum (bellows-like instrument), after the Dancing Satyr, an ancient Greek work in marble attributed to Praxiteles, housed in the Uffizi Museum in Florence (wear).
Nineteenth century.
