Arman For Christofle, Silver-plated Paperweight, 20th Century

Silver-plated paperweight in a Christofle-stamped case, featuring an accumulation of violins. This is a re-edition of a work by Arman, originally created in 1983 for the bicentenary of Mozart's death.
Signed "Arman" on one of the violins.
On the reverse, a plate also in the shape of a violin bears the phrase "1991/Hommage à Mozart" as well as Arman's signature and that of Christofle, surrounded by the goldsmith's hallmark (balance with a bee between the plates, surmounted by four stars, two branches below and the letters OC) and the quality hallmark (square hallmark with a chess knight on the right, the letters OC in the lower left and the number I in the upper left).
Good overall condition.
