A set of six antique solid mahogany chairs from the second half of the 19th century.
The oval-shaped backrest, nicknamed "medallion," is enclosed within a shaped wooden frame with a beak-shaped finish.
The typically tapered, fluted legs feature a gilt-bronze top and a gilt-bronze sock at the end.
General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method, handmade.
Origin: France, second half of the 19th century.
