Pair of gilded bronze candelabra/flambeaux from the Napoleon III period, dating to the second half of the 19th century.
The design features a total of four flames, including three curved arms extending from the central shaft and one in the center.
The shaft rests on a tripod base adorned with leaf garlands, while the middle section is supported by a sculptural group consisting of three caryatids or nymphs leaning against one another.
The base has a mixed-line profile with protruding corners, embellished with spindle-shaped moldings and resting on small cushion-shaped feet.
