Antique Neapolitan Column From The Reign Of Louis Philippe, 19th Century

Antique Neapolitan Louis Philippe column made of fine exotic wood with gilded bronze and mother-of-pearl inlays, dating from the first half of the 19th century.

The antique green marble top is supported by a band beneath the top resting on three pilasters adorned with acanthus scrolls.

The central shaft is divided into three pyramid-shaped sections and rests on cabriolet feet ending in outward-curving scrolls.

Provenance: Naples, 19th century.
