Triptyc Miror “alain Delon” By Maison Jansen – Around 1970
Elegant triptych mirror attributed to the prestigious Maison Jansen, made in the 1970s, in a resolutely Hollywood Regency spirit mixed with late Art Deco influences.
This model, often associated with the world of Alain Delon, is distinguished by its architectural, theatrical silhouette: three articulated panels with clean vertical lines, topped by a fan-shaped pediment evoking a stylized shell, a strong aesthetic signature of the piece.
The structure is clad in a clear, delicately satin-finish coating, contrasting with polished brass frames that underline each panel with finesse. The cylindrical legs, also in brass, provide a stable foundation while reinforcing the precious character of the whole.
The play of tilting mirrors multiplies perspectives and captures light in subtle ways, creating a refined staging of the space.
