Antique Badine - Miniature Cane - XIXth Century - Verdier Paris -
Charming little badine with 18-carat gold pommel, hallmarked eagle's head.head. Lovely decoration and LP monogram on top. Very fine ( approx. 0,31 inches diameter) engraved "Verdier" under the pommel.under the pommel. Metal ferrule. Measures 29,92 inches long. Distinction and refinement, the badine could also be used as a riding crop. France, Paris, circa1860.
