A 19th-century Silver Medicine Spoon France
A 19th-century silver medicine spoon with a twisted stem adorned with foliate scrolls and terminating in a baluster-shaped bolster with four sections, each with six chased ribs. The oval bowl has a pointed end. Formerly gilded. Hallmarked with the French Minerva 800/1000 standard; maker's mark present but incomplete. Length 17 cm. Weight 22 grams. Excellent condition.
