Imperial Guard Grenadiers Cartridge Pouch Plate
Imperial Guard Grenadier cartridge belt plate, Napoleonic period. Cast bronze plaque depicting the crowned imperial eagle perched on lightning bolts. Approximate dimensions: 8 cm wide by 10.5 cm high. The obverse features five mounting rings, the lower two of which are damaged. In excavated condition, it shows slight wear and a green patina.
