The screen is finished with silk borders and a lacquered wooden frame.

Condition: The screen is in good condition. Minor wear to the paper and gold leaf. Slight defects to the silk and on the reverse. Signs of use on the lacquered frame consistent with age, and a missing metal fitting at the lower left corner.
