Lot Of 50 Antique Red/brown Agate Cabochons

A large lot of 50 natural agate cabochons from an old antique dealer's stock, acquired from a former jeweler specializing in glyptics. These antique cabochons are ideal for adorning a ring, engraving initials, or carving a scene in the style of antiquity/intaglio. They can also be used for inlay.

French work from the late 19th to early 20th century.

Various dimensions: diameter 3.8 cm; length: 2 to 3 cm; width: approximately 1.5 to 2.5 cm.
