Two rare pâte-sur-pâte porcelain plaques, dated 1874 and signed. These two pieces are unique. They are very well executed; one is dated 1874 and the other bears the monogram GT. Despite my research, I have not been able to find the artist of this magnificent pair of plaques. Any information is welcome. They are presented in a period wooden frame. Good condition. Some firing bubbles and slight wear to the frame. Height of the plaques only = 39.2 cm! With the frame = 53 cm
