A beautiful, curved, 15cm collector's pipe, circa 1900, in its burgundy leather case with a red silk lining, from the Au Sphinx company in Paris, in very good condition.
Face of young man, serious and determined, is particularly well-executed, as is often the case with Parisian pipemakers.
Band is silver and marked, and amber stem is undamaged.
In good condition, with no flaws, just a few slight signs of wear. The case shows a repair to one hinge.
This pipe has seen little smoking;
