A 20th-century officer's chest of drawers, known as a naval chest, made of solid mahogany and veneer in the British colonial style. The piece consists of two sections: three large drawers in the lower section and three small drawers in the upper section, one of which serves as a writing desk with two small storage drawers and a small door. The drawer pulls and corners are brass, and the carrying handles are bronze. The piece has been cleaned and patinated in our workshop.
