Louis-Philippe secretary desk/chest of drawers. Dating from the mid- to late 19th century. At first glance, it appears to be a simple chest of drawers with seven drawers, but once the key is turned, a true workspace is revealed. Birch wood interior. Leather top. A name is inscribed on one of the drawers. This is probably the name of the furniture maker.
