Here is a beautiful bronze piece, finely chiseled and painted in a naturalistic style, late 19th century Viennese bronze:
a handsome monkey with curled tail, appearing very agile and carrying a feather duster/brush on its back.
A fun item for an animal lover.
Good condition, minimal wear, no retouching; the piece doesn't appear to have seen much use.
Brush is shedding a little.
