Christofle-gallia, Silver-plated Metal Tray, 20th Century
Large oval silver-plated serving tray with gadrooned decoration and handles ending in scrolls.
Several inscriptions are visible on the underside of one of the handles: the mark “GALLIA” surmounted by a rooster; the maker's mark (a chess knight surrounded by the initials OC), in use since 1935; and the inscription “FRANCE/PROD. CHRISTOFLE”.
There is slight wear to the silver plating on the underside.
There are some scratches from use.
Overall good condition.
