A pair of gilt bronze wall sconces, decorated with floral and foliate scrolls, with two light arms featuring scrolls and twists. 18th century. A pair of sconces of the same model painted by Etienne Jeaurat (Paris 1699 - Versailles 1789). Drilled for electricity. A pair of sconces of the same model is currently in Madame du Barry's apartment at the Palace of Versailles.
