A pair of repoussé silver salt cellars, oval in shape with four lobes, with scrolled feet and rims highlighted by wide fillets; one has a double-shell lid with fluted edges and a scalloped rim. They are engraved on one side with a coat of arms, within a rocaille frame. Avignon, 18th century. Maker: Laurent Payen (circa 1720-1767). Weight: 178 grams.
