Porcelain Biscuit Group, Statue Of A Putti Astride, After René Charles Massé
Artist: René Charles Massé ( 1855-1913 ) .
A lovely biscuit porcelain figure depicting two putti playing astride each other. This charming group was created based on a model from the Sèvres porcelain factory and a work by René Charles Massé. A signature and a manufacturer's mark are present in relief on the base. Please note a small crack on the heel of one of the children and a small firing crack under the base of the statue (see last photo), which do not detract from its overall appearance. Dimensions: height 25 cm, length 23 cm, width 14 cm. Please contact us for shipping costs.
