Spectacular Limoges porcelain bowl. Polychrome and highlighted with fine gold, this porcelain piece is remarkable for its size and its highly embossed decoration. The decoration, created using porcelain slip, depicts numerous flowers. Please note a few small chips on some petals (see last photos) as well as some wear to the gilding, which does not detract from its aesthetic appeal and is perfectly normal given its age and use.
