The classical, symmetrical, and monumental architecture unfolds around a vast geometric parterre structured by straight paths, clipped groves, and domed pavilions. The foreground is enlivened by elegant figures and a horse-drawn carriage, bringing life and scale to the scene. The exaggerated perspective, characteristic of optical views intended for viewing through a zograscope, enhances the sense of depth and lends the whole a theatrical character.
