A rare set of three almanacs, each the size of a playing card, bound in different colored morocco leather, dating from the 18th century. The covers are richly decorated with motifs, scenes, and coats of arms. The set includes: a blank book with coats of arms; the 1785 Court Calendar; and the 1785 New Year's Gifts. A beautiful and refined collection, full of the charm and preciousness of the 18th century. These lovely little books, with their strong decorative appeal, are well-preserved and wonderfully paired. In good condition and offered at a very reasonable price.
