Regency Silvered Bronze Candlestick With Foliage And Flowers, 18th Century
A Regency-style candlestick in finely chased silvered bronze, with a straight socket mounted on a twisted stem, and a round base with undulating contours, all chased with vegetal friezes and small flowers, dating from the 18th century. This candlestick is in good overall condition. It has its drip tray. Please note: the drip tray is damaged (cracked) and is stuck in the socket, there is wear to the silvering in places, soiling, and signs of age, see photos.
