Art Deco Trinket Tray "sparrows On A Parisian Bench", Bronze And Portoro Marble Circa 1930
Charming 1930s Art Deco desk tray in bronze on a Portoro marble base.
Three (large!) sparrows on a Parisian bench (the ship's coat of arms of Paris is depicted on the bench's uprights) seem to be chirping, waiting for a kind soul to provide a few crumbs...
The rounded base, hollowed in the center, is made of beautiful black Portoro marble veined with white and gold...
In very good condition, with a tiny chip on the edge of the marble (2 mm), barely visible and without any aesthetic detraction (see photos).
Height = 12.5 cm, Length = 17.6 cm, Depth = 15 cm.
Weight = 1.850 kg. Shipping extra, to be determined based on destination.
