Superb pair of Empire/Napoleon III style candelabra in patinated and gilt bronze, resting on veined green marble columns. Each candelabra features a six-light structure (five arms plus a central flame) richly decorated with vegetal motifs and scrolls. The candle holders are finely chased and surmounted in the center by an elegant gilt bronze flame motif. The cylindrical green marble shafts are framed by gilt bronze rings and bases decorated with stylized leaves. The whole rests on a quadrangular black marble base with gilt bronze feet.
