In 1994, at the headquarters of the Banque de la Générale de Belgique in Namur, Pierre Tilot, born in Jambes in 1925, is a painter and draftsman. His compositions, populated with figures, exude surrealism, humor, nostalgia, and mystery. They are imbued with the atmosphere found in the works of Paul Devaux. He exhibited at the Brussels headquarters of the Banque Nationale de Paris, as well as in several municipal exhibition halls. In Blankenberge in 1997, at the Liège Congress Center in 1998 (the "Painters of Proust" exhibition), and at the Uccle Cultural Center in 1999. In 2000, he exhibited at the Schaerbeek Arts Center, which added an oil on canvas, titled "Angular Figure, Merchant of Cosines," to the collection of the Brussels City Museum. The frame measures 80cm x 102cm.
