"Sea View From Fack Gustave "
Superb sea view by the artist Fack Gustave studied at the Tournai Academy and at the Brussels Academy with Herman Richie from 1925-1926. He was a professor at the Tournai Academy. He is referenced in the book Two Centuries of Belgian Signatures. As well as in the Piron dictionary Artists of Belgium from the 19th and 20th centuries. Several works are exhibited at the Tournai Museum. This painting gives off an incredible light. It is not easy to find this style of painting. I date this work around 1950.
