Christofle silversmith's mark OC with a bee and three stars (since 1935)
Cardeilhac silversmith's mark with a crowned Legion of Honor surmounting a crescent moon.
The Cardeilhac company was acquired by Christofle in 1951, which explains the presence of these two hallmarks on the same piece.
