This beautiful square crystal inkwell with its matching ink cup is topped with a black crystal lid decorated with enamel. The decoration consists of a Swedish royal court crown accompanied by a double "G" monogram. This inkwell commemorates the 1907 coronation of Gustav V, whose reign lasted until 1950. It therefore dates from the very beginning of the 20th century.
