Mahogany, opening with three drawers (working locks, key present), resting on four tapered legs joined by a stretcher. Stamped on the back of one of the uprights. Wear, scratches consistent with age, and minor veneer restorations. Good overall condition, Louis XVI period. Length: 48.4 cm Width: 34.8 cm Height: 70 cm Jean-Wendelin Weber (Born in 1757 - After 1807) - cabinetmaker of Bavarian origin, worked for several years in Paris as a freelance craftsman. He became a master in 1786.
