It has a molded cyma recta cornice, side uprights adorned with carved appliqués, and a plinth base typical of English furniture of this period. The original turned knobs are present. The drawer interiors are made of softwood, consistent with English manufacture. The structure is sound, with a beautiful, warm, and even patina. This generously proportioned and highly decorative piece is a testament to its quality.
