White porcelain biscuit sculpture, large format. The biscuit, white in colour, depicts the idealized head of a young veiled woman. A subtle contrast can be observed between the two surface treatments: smooth and satin‑like for the face, finely grained and textured for the veil. The figure is screwed onto an oval wooden base covered with velvet.
This model was produced by the renowned Portuguese manufactory Lladró between 1969 and 1985.
Condition: perfectly preserved piece, with no chips, cracks, or restorations.
