Chandelier Made In The Roccoco Style From Maison Gau In Paris

Spectacular and large Rococo-style chandelier with 20 lights in gilt bronze.
A work by the renowned Maison Gau in Paris, the previous owner's grandparents acquired this chandelier from Maison Gau in the 1940s.
This truly elegant chandelier is of superior quality; the bronze is finely gilded and chased.
Maison Gau has been established in Paris since 1860, specializing in the manufacture of lighting fixtures, small furniture, and bronze objets d'art.
Even today, this chandelier model can still be ordered from them; the current price on their website is €51,500 (the last photo is the chandelier displayed on the Maison Gau website).
This chandelier comes from a fine estate in Belgium.
The chandelier is in good condition (unrestored), it needs cleaning ( dusty ) , and the wiring should be checked by an expert.
