A small, slightly bulging Seville (Spain) faience dish with a Hispano-Moresque design in a rich chamois luster, featuring stylized flowers and foliage and four blue-bordered lozenges arranged in a pendant pattern; in the center, within a square formed by a double border, is a blooming flower. Concentric circles on the reverse. A visible attachment hole.
First half of the 16th century.

Reassembled in two pieces, with some glaze loss around the basin.
