Large and beautiful medal depicting a young Henry IV, clad in his cuirass, in the guise of a victorious general, extending his hand to his wife, Marie de Medici. She herself is shown young, with a double chin, and richly dressed. Between them is the young Prince Louis, the future Louis XIII, perched on a dolphin. In very good condition, with a beautiful patina.
