"Pair Of Illuminated Bedside Lamps, Pierre Guariche Circa 1968"
Pair of illuminated bedside tables designed by Pierre Guariche for the furnishing of apartments in the La Plagne ski resort in the 1960s. Made of bent plywood and cream-white laminate, these wall-mounted units incorporate a diffused lighting system. Each table retains its original orange bulb cover, a characteristic graphic element of Guariche's style. Their design allows for flexible installation, either as a pair or separately, depending on the room's configuration. Provenance: La Plagne, the Alpine resort to which Pierre Guariche actively contributed in the 1960s.
