In a luminous azure blue, this rare drop-leaf serving trolley, crafted in Italian marquetry in the 1960s, embodies with panache the artisanal elegance and decorative refinement characteristic of period furniture. Its finely worked painted wooden structure is enhanced by delicate floral and instrument marquetry, a subtle homage to the decorative tradition of the Italian Renaissance.
