"Limoges Porcelain Plate, Louis XVI Style, 19th Century"
A Louis XVI style Limoges porcelain plate decorated in the center with a floral basket and around the rim with garlands of flowers and a gilt border. On the back, in the center, the porcelain has been scratched over an area of approximately 1 mm and 3 cm in diameter, likely to remove the maker's mark. Above, the inscription "Limoges France" is almost completely erased, along with an apocryphal Sèvres mark. Diameter: 25.3 cm
