Antique Large Modernist Table By Breuer Thonet

Large antique table, possibly a Marcel Breuer Thonet design. The chromed tubular base shows normal signs of oxidation in some areas. A section of the lower crossbar was originally covered with grooved rubber, but this has detached and been lost over time. Leather-covered sections were sewn onto the upper parts of the tubes to support the glass (normal patina). There are small chips in the corners of the original glass. (See detailed photos.)
