Many luxury properties were decorated by this firm (Mercier Frères) between 1928 and 1985, located at 100 Faubourg Saint-Antoine in Paris. The watercolor is very well preserved with its original colors remaining fresh and luminous. This is absolutely not an engraving or a copy. It retains its original protective film.
