Beautiful liturgical sprinkler in solid silver, French work from the 19th century.
Description:
Cylindrical model with slightly faceted sides, ending in a perforated spherical knob allowing the holy water to be sprinkled.
The body is adorned with an applied cross in relief, with a trilobed design of Gothic inspiration, finely cut.
Functional screw system, with the original threads well preserved.
Solid silver, 950/1000 fineness - Hallmarks visible.
Dimensions: Height: 12.5 cm - Weight: approx. 50 g.
Condition:
Good overall condition. Normal signs of liturgical use: micro-scratches, slight localized oxidation visible on the knob.
No deformation. Clean and functional threads. Authentic devotional object, intended for ritual sprinkling during blessings.
